    Monitoring flagged packet loss on one of two edge routers in Frankfurt. Traffic is being drained to the healthy router while we investigate.

    A faulty optic on an inter-site link is causing the loss. A replacement is being fitted by on-site engineers.

    The optic has been replaced and the link is clean. Traffic has been restored to both routers and we are watching error counters.

    Invoice emails are queueing rather than sending. Invoices remain visible and payable in the customer portal.

    A rate limit on the outbound mail relay is holding the queue. The limit has been raised and the backlog is draining.

    The queue is empty and delivery times are back to normal. No invoices were lost and no due dates were affected.

    The image distribution service is saturating its storage backend during a template rebuild.
