What we do

Offerhost provides web hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers and domains, carried over infrastructure we operate ourselves. The same network moves traffic for a €3.50 hosting account and a €500 bare-metal server; the difference is how much of the machine you get, not how seriously the connection is taken.

Why the network matters

Plenty of providers rent capacity and pass on whatever their upstream gives them. Running our own autonomous system means we choose our paths, publish our routing policy, and can tell a customer precisely where a packet stopped. It also means when something breaks, the fix is ours to make.

How we handle incidents

Detection is automated and publishing is fast. An incident goes up while we are still investigating, with what we know and what we do not. Timelines stay published afterwards — including the ones that were our fault.
