Peering
We peer openly. Shorter paths mean lower latency for your users and less traffic riding on paid transit.
What peering is
Two networks peer when they agree to hand traffic directly to each other instead of paying a third network to carry it. For you that means fewer hops, lower latency and a path that stays inside the country or region wherever possible.
Internet exchange points
An internet exchange is a shared switching fabric where many networks meet in one facility. Connecting once gives access to hundreds of potential peers, which is why exchange presence is the cheapest way to improve real-world performance.
Our policy
- Open peering policy at every exchange we are present on.
- Both IPv4 and IPv6 sessions, or IPv6 alone if that is what you run.
- A published, up-to-date PeeringDB record and matching route objects.
- Consistent announcements at every location where we meet you.
- No requirement for a minimum traffic volume.
What we ask of peers
- Register your prefixes in an IRR and sign ROAs for RPKI validation.
- Do not point default at us, and do not announce routes you do not originate or serve.
- Keep a NOC address that a human answers.
- Respect MANRS norms for filtering, anti-spoofing and coordination.
Route exchange and filtering
Sessions are filtered by prefix list built from IRR data and refreshed automatically. We drop RPKI-invalid announcements, apply maximum-prefix limits on every session and use BGP communities so peers can influence how their routes are treated inside AS208220.
Redundancy
No single session carries a site. Every location has independent uplinks and enough headroom that losing the largest one does not congest what remains.
